I have owned many homes and rental properties and have experience dealing with multiple and many different contractors. Ray, the owner of Eagle Gutter Pro, impressed me with his knowledge, congeniality, and comfort in being on the roof of my four--story townhome! He took his time and listened to my concerns, viewed problem areas, and did not attempt to influence me with a sales agenda. Ray took pictures of everything to demonstrate the good, the bad, and the ugly. The quote for his work was highly reasonable. On the day of installation, the crew was efficient. Ray retook photos to show that everything was done, and done correctly. The site was left clean and tidy. I like to establish long-term business relationships with contractors, and Eagle Gutter Pro convinced me they are the right company for the job. I would hire them again without any reservations.

Had all of my gutters and down sprouts replaced 05/10/2023 by Eagle Gutter Pro and the results exceeded my expectation. They look amazing!! As if my house got a complete facelift. Ray was awesome; the team arrived on time and he explained everything they would do prior to starting as well as updating me as the project progressed via pictures and videos. Work was great - on time and even a year later gutters and guards are working great! I live in area with lots of trees and leaves are an issue in the fall, the new gutter guard system installed works as well as they described. Owner was on time for quote - install and follow up. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

A bit of a long story... In April 2020, I heard a banging on our deck. After investigation, I determined a bird was stuck in our two-story downspout. I called a number of gutter companies and none would come out in a timely, but Ray called back and said he was quite a distance away, but would arrive as quickly as possible. I wasn't going to listen to the bird slowly die in our downspout, so I cut it at the top and eventually agreed the bird. Ray fixed the downspout for a nominal amount and was fantastic. Super professional, did a great job. He even inspected the gutter and cleaned one that was clogged at no cost while he was on the roof. I asked him a bout a piece that I thought had fallen off some weeks prior. He didn't know what it was and headed out. A couple weeks later, Ray pulled back in a said he figured out what the part was, asked me for it, headed up onto the steep roof and put the ridge vent spacer back in place. He also sealed a couple spots that looked questionable while he was up there. I offered to pay and he said no - that because I saved the bird, no charge... We could use a couple hundred Rays.

Eagle Gutter did a very, very good job with the repairs that were needed. Ray was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly for our scheduled meeting time for both the FREE estimate as well as the day of the repairs. After his inspection he thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed and what his solutions would be to fix the problems. He took before and after photos of each segment of work performed during the repairs which was very helpful in clarifying the issues and greatly appreciated. I thought their rate was very fair and honest for the work that was completed. I would highly recommend to anyone to work with Eagle Gutter for your gutter project needs. You will get an honest assessment with fair prices and a crew that pays attention to details. They take great pride in their work and understand that if the customer is happy that it will always reflect well upon them.

Impressed by the Eagle Gutter team. I needed to upgrade a portion of my house gutters to 6" (from 5") gutters (approximately 25' with new (larger) downspout). Eagle was prompt to provide a competitive estimate. I got 3 estimates for the work and chose Eagle because the price was competitive, they were prompt in all correspondences, and they understood the work to be completed. They came out on the scheduled afternoon and completed the work (removed the existing gutter and downspout, installed the new gutter with gutter guards and downspout, and cleaned up the work area). After 2 reasonable (~1") rains, the new gutter is working as expected. I am pleased by the work and will use Eagle Gutter again if needed.

The crew was friendly, very efficient, and very quick which demonstrated how capable they were to do the job. The completed gutters are excellent and it shows. The new gutters look great. Coray & Rizwan were great. Very polite and easy to work with. I called them to have my gutters cleaned. However, after inspecting my gutters, they informed me that there was so much mold and accumulated dirt in them, that replacement would be a better option. They quoted me a great price and showed up the next day to do the work. Very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
