Complete Appliance responded to a request to fix our icemaker. When he arrived, I told him that I could not get any ice and pointed to the door of the refrigerator. He looked at the icemaker inside the refrigerator, which I did not know was where the ice was actually made. He left to order the part, and then another repair man returned with the new ice maker and installed it. I assumed it would take some time to make ice. Later that day, after the ice was made, it still did not come out the door. We called Complete Appliance back and they told us that they had fixed the ice maker, which was what we requested. They said they would call us back about coming back out. They did not call. During the third call after that they insisted that it was my fault, and that I had not told them what was really wrong with the icemaker. After heated discussion they came back out and found out that it was really the ice dispenser in the door, which the repair man had never looked at.
