CHILL OUT MECHANICAL SERVICES

I called mid morning and told him about our system when he and his tech were finishing up another customer near us. He was at our house about 20 minutes later. He spent close to an hour examining our entire heat pump system and wiring; he throughly explained to me his suggestions. He could of sold me a new system but he was honest and told me that our 12 year system could and should be repaired vs replacing. I had other companies give me an estimate on a new system replacement and no one suggested having it repaired. He gave me an estimate. He said he had another appointment that he needed to go to and asked if he could come back later in the day with the parts to replace the heat strips and to elevate the condensor pad 3" to allow draining during the defrost cycle. He returned about an hour and a half to two hours later with the parts and proceeded to fix the system. System is working great and final bill was the estimated costs.

It was and continues to be a wonderful experience.
The price to install the initial system was 2/3 of the other estimates.  The finished job was both ecstatically pleasing and very functional.
What I like best was that, on the initial installation, he listed to my suggestions and incorporated my suggestions into the overall plan.  he kept me informed about the plan and the progress.
Each time he came out during the installation period, he arrived on time, was polite and business-like, and left my place clean.   The system has worked as expected for over 5 years now.   
Another time, the system would not turn on reliably = it would only break in the middle of the night.   After asking a few questions, he remembered the thermostat in my house and diagnosed it as the thermostat problem over the phone.    He recommended a particular thermostat, that I bought, and he hooked me up with a mechanic who lives closer to me.   Installation experience was also wonderful. 
Now I need to extend this heating system to the laundry room.   Dave is going to take care of this too.
It is so refreshing to meet someone who fixes a problem (and it stays fixed) and  continues to give good service.

Installed new HVAC system. Great job all around.

It was quite a good experience and we will use them again. We were very pleased. They have done work for us twice.

As soon as you call them, they are here the same day. Anything they have ever told me, they did which is usually half the battle. They come out on time and are dependable. I will continue to use them.
