The were all ways on time and a complete heat pump check.

We have been on a maintenance plan with CES for over 15 years and they have previously installed a new heat pump for our second floor system. This time, it was the A/C unit servicing the first floor and lower level that failed, and they responded promptly and discovered a leak in the inside part of the A/C system, the coil which is housed in the upper part of the furnace. With the furnace approaching 20 years old and the availability of a higher efficiency system, we decided to take the plunge and replace the entire system.
Boy are we glad we did! Not only is the new system more energy efficient, but with the heating season now upon us we have discovered it does a much better job in heat mode too.
There was some delay and another day needed because of some additional parts not anticipated but other than that the work was done on time and well. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely careful about how they carried things in and out to protect our floors and rugs.
They are also unfailingly polite and a pleasure to work with on any project. We will definitely be calling them again!
