CARPET VILLAGE, Hardwood-Ceramic

Contact was Bobby, very helpful with suggesting carpet type. He knew what I needed and picked out color in a very short time. Answered all my questions and concerns about pricing and job time. No extra charges for moving of furniture, no upselling. Selling my home didn't want to buy expensive carpet. Picked out a middle priced carpet. Looks great! Carpet Village came out next day to measure floors. Then ordered carpet, waited two days then installed. Workers where very nice and helpful. Had the job done in 5 hours. Stairs had some molding missing from last job, Carpet Village was more than happy to replace molding at no cost. Would use again..

The representative came to the house and provided us with an estimate. He suggested a tile we could use for the foyer. We were provided a date for installation and they were here on that day as promised. The carpet is absolutely beautiful and we love the look of the new foyer.

The salesman and the company owners were prompt and polite all the way through the process, and, ultimately, the job was done competently. My only gripes were that 1) I felt I was given a pretty limited selection of carpet choices in my price range, and 2) the people who came to install the carpet were pretty surly; the salesman had told me that all I would need to do to prepare the room was to remove all the fragile items from the shelves, but the installers were angry that I hadn't taken the bed apart, the hutch off the bureau, and moved out several heavy boxes of books. Worse, they made several nasty remarks when I asked for help or when my husband was hesitant about where he wanted the furniture put back after the installation. They also failed to clean up their mess when they left (there were pieces of carpet all over my stairs and on the new carpet itself). I hope that the owners (who are very nice people)try to talk to their installers about customer service!

WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS PROMPT. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE WE ARE HAPPY WITH WHAT WE HAVE PUT IN.
