John and his team were fantastic to work with. We crawled under the house, he showed me the severity of the wood rot, and gave me an honest and fair assessment. He was coordinating with 2 other contractors involved in the project and everything went quickly and as smooth as butter. Thank you!

We had a water leak in the house siding/roof that was causing mold in the attic on the plywood by the fireplace chimney. We had John from Brewer Services come out to provide an estimate to repair the leaking problem. In addition, we asked John to provide an estimate to remodel our screened-in porch. The estimates were very reasonable and we contracted with John to do the work. John and his crew carefully removed the siding, fixed the leak and replaced the siding. They also did an excellent job on remodeling the screen porch. After they completed the porch, my wife and I decided we wanted to upgrade the vinyl porch doors. John gave us credit for the installed doors, picked up the new doors at Lowes and installed them at no additional costs. John is very professional and wants you to be happy with his work. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend Brewer Services. PS: Chesapeake Restoration provided the excellent mold remediation services and works/coordinates well with John for the general contracting work (see separate review).

.John had the shingles delivered prior to the day of installation and showed up with plenty of help the day it was installed. It took about eight hours to install. John first removed all the old shingles and inspected the plywood for any damage, fortunately there was no damage and none had to be replaced. The new shingles were installed with no problems and the roof looks great. John also did some extra things to prevent any ice damming. The new skylight went in without any problems and looks great. We have had several hard rains and everything is dry. John then replaced the double window in my bedroom with a window that was an upgrade compared to what I had. The window is a little more stylish and opens from the top and the bottom. He also replaced the window sill and built a wood frame around the window which did not exist before. It looks beautiful and really adds to the overall appearance of the room. I am extremely happy with the work provided. John takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail which makes all the difference. I would hire him again and have already recommended him to several friends.

The rooms look beautiful. I provided the paint and John provided the labor. It took about three days to put two coats of paint on and then paint the trim and the doors. The walls are a light sand color with white ceilings and eggshell white on the trim and the doors. It looks great with the hardwood floors John installed later which are beautiful. I would hire John again and would recommend him to family and friends.

John had the wood floor delivered to my house two days before installation and showed up at 8:00 am the day of installation with a helper. The floor was completed the next day. The floor is beautiful and the workmanship is outstanding. I have hardwood floors in my living room and kitchen and I can see that the workmanship is not the same as what John provided. John takes a lot of pride in his work and wants everything to be perfect, and it shows in the final product.

They did everything as said and a lot more! John's knowledge of his trade was amazing. Him and his crew were able to give great suggestions which lead to a fabulous job that surpassed my expectations 10 fold. They utilized every square inch of of two small areas and made it feel bigger than I could ever imagine. GREAT JOB AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
