I wanted to tell you about a great asset to my business. His name is Chris Matthews, owner of Bay Area Computers. Chris has rescued me umpteen times over the last ten years during various computer and mobile phone crisis. Because of Chris and his actions, persistence, skill and knowledge, he has always gotten every difficult situation resolved quickly. He has gone over and above, again and again. When issues have risen from a dropped external hard drive, laptop crashing, iPhone constantly losing its battery charge or my "operator" issues with various devises or whatever the circumstance, he seems to easily come up with out of the box solutions. Chris has become a valuable piece of my business. Without Bay Area Computers, my business would fall apart.
