Description of Work: We called this company out to give us an estimate for small crack repair. They rescheduled THREE times before someone finally came out despite the fact that I told them we were on a tight timeline selling a house. When the guy arrived, he gave me a 2.5K quote to fix FOUR tiny cracks in the foundation. I was FLOORED. I politely showed him the door. I will say this, the guy they sent over, Russ, knew his stuff but the service was far too expensive, especially for someone selling a house. I wonder if part of the rescheduling wasn't part of the overarching tactic to get us to sign. By the time they showed up to estimate, we were almost out of time to get the repair done.

THEY GOT RID OF THE BLACK MOLD IN THE BASEMENT SO THAT WE COULD USE THE SPACE FOR A FAMILY ROOM. THEIR PRICES WERE FAIR. THEY OFFERED A FREE IN HOME INSPECTION. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE JOB, BUT DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB.
Description of Work: REMOVED MOLD FROM THE WET BASEMENT.
