Description of Work: My home was badly damaged by old tenants, and I hired Dan and Debbie at Arundel Property Property Care to manage my home and to fix everything in my home. They met with contractors, found out how damages occurred, did lots of work themselves, and did all the necessary repairs to restore the house to its former beauty. And, they advertised the home, did home tours, and found me a fantastic new tenant. They have an excellent rental agreement and really look out for the owner. They are a dream team! I highly recommend Arundel Property Care to help manage your rental.

Overall they are an A in my books. I have recently check out some other property management companies due to us having to move and see these nightmare stories from some people so I definitely recommend this company to everyone.
Description of Work: As a renter I have never dealt with a property management company before until now. I am very pleased at the level of professionalism and personal experience I had with this company. Whether it is someone that is looking to rent or have there home managed you will get nothing but the best from this team. I really wish we could have used them longer but had an unexpected addition to our family and need a bigger place. The transition to move has been very easy and they are very understanding. So, friendly staff, caring and professional what more could you ask for.
