Originally scheduled to arrive between 12-2 but called around 10:30 indicating they had finished earlier job & could come early. Were here before 11. They assessed quickly & were done in about 1 hr & cost was well within the estimated range. The team was polite, courteous & professional. We would not hesitate to use Alpha again if the need arises.

Brian Key did a great job. The garbage disposal installation went smoothly as did one of the leak fixes. The kitchen sink leak took a while because of a good deal of corrosion. The guys took their time and gradually got the old cylinder out and the new one in. Great job. Always appreciate the service receive from Alpha.

When I called their office John was quite pleasant and informative to talk with, giving me a very reasonable quote. I made the appointment, and the work went very smoothly with Bob and his helper. Bob went over the installation with me, and it was completed in a little over an hour or so. Very professionally done, neat and clean finished job of a new toilet. They stood by their very reasonable quote and never asked for an upfront deposit. If you are looking for a particularly good plumbing company, I would certainly suggest this company.

It didn't, he actually had to get on the phone with someone to walk him through what he was checking, spent more time going to his truck for tools than working, the part he said was bad wasn't. The $129. For first hour is a joke as he wasted so much time even remarking his truck. If this is the kind of professionals Angie's list hires I don't think I will use them again. Had to get another plumbing company to fix.

"We’re sorry you were disappointed with our service. Alpha Plumbing was called in to diagnose the issue with a gas water heater that was not working properly and was no longer under warranty. Prior to our arrival the homeowner’s granddaughter had replaced one of the parts on the water heater without resolving the problem. On site we called the manufacturer’s support line to assist in troubleshooting. This is standard procedure as they have resources about all their water heaters and can determine the problem and exact part(s) required repair it more quickly than a plumber working on his own. The technical support person then told the plumber which part needed to be replaced. The homeowner declined to have us do the work, so we left with the water heater unrepaired."

Excellent! From start to finish. Chuck was great to work with checking and planning the job. Even took a look at future work, and planned for that work with this repiping project. The crew called before ariving, and were all great guys! The work was clean and proffesional. The inspector came out the next day and looked over everything and passed the work. Commenting "very clean work". I would recommendAlpha Plumbing to anyone needing work done. They have great people who care about the work AND each other. It seems like a great working relationship between them. I look fkrward to more work next spring/summer from these guys. I wont even price the work elsewhere.......I found my company!

It went fine. It may require another company to install a tile shower, but they did some caulking to see if that would hold. They were out within a couple hours of us calling.

called friday mid day - they were there on monday morning - finished the job in less than 3 hrs including going into the water with waders to get under the pier. Price was very reasonable. One of angies other recommended plumbers had been my plumber for over 30 years - but let me down but never responding to my several requests over weeks. 'Alpha is my new plumber for all plumbing needs

Technician was there 1 hour before estimated 2 hour time window (but called first so it was not a problem). These are COVID times so I was happy to see that he wore his mask throughout. The sink cleanout installation went quickly and cleanly and he also cleaned up the piping from an earlier poor installation that was causing the connection to the waste disposal to leak when the sink was plunged. After that the drain pipe was unclogged and the everything cleaned up properly afterward. The price was on par with similar work I've had done in the past.

Charles Taylor, he is really the best plumber who truly earn the title of Master plumber. I found an additional small leak from my water heater while cleaning the area for Alpha Plumbing to send someone over. So after Charles arrived I asked him if he can help me fix both in one run, he get them done and FAST! man I thought I will spending $500 to $1000 for both but after I have seem him work, I request one other problem I had long ago. My AC humidifier has a leak so I shut it off and never used for years. He helped me fix the pipe with a better pipe and shutter and the total of all that work was only $350! (Because he work so fast!) I will hire him again if I have any plumbing problem!

Ismael was thorough and complete. He used a camera to show me the blockage caused by dirt accumulation and then showed the pictures of the clear pipes after he snaked them. I would definitely use them again.
