• At first  everything went very well: Mike was punctual and did work professionally. He also made several sugestions that I found useful and acted upon. He had to come back after initial installation to install the lighting fixture at the front door and since this was only a $50 job, I looked around for something else to do while he was here.  After seeing what it was, he said he didn't have enough time and wouldhave to come back again. We agreed on a date but he never showed up. Repeated phone calls and emails were ignored.  If he didn't want the job, he should have had the courtesy of telling me so, instead of leaving me hanging. Many contractors have this failing.  If they can't or do not want to do the job. they sould tell the customer so.

Called and got same day service, even though it was not an emergency service call. The owner/operator showed up himself on time. Mike Adams was very professional and was very knowledgable about his profession. He made wonderful suggestions and proceeded with his work and finished in a timely fashion. He took the time to show me how to use each item until I was completely comfortable operating both installations. I was very satisfied with his service, professionalism, and price. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Customer service and quality of work.  Knows his stuff and is very accommodating.  I will definitely use them in the future.

We had a great experience working with Mike. He stopped by earlier in the week to give us an estimate and emailed a proposal to us the next day. He was professional and friendly throughout the whole job. It's a bonus to have someone working in your home who is friendly and professional, especially with little kids around who want to know what "Mr. Mike" is doing. He changed about half a dozen two prong outlets to three prong, and provided nice looking and child safe new outlets. He replaced our kitchen ceiling fan with a new one and replaced a failing cable sheath (or something) in the back of the house. The cable will need inspection from BGE and he is managing the details of that which is very helpful. He was neat as a pin and left no mess. The house might actually be cleaner since his visit, haha! We felt the price was very fair for a days worth of work and will CERTAINLY hire Mike again. And we'll be telling all our friends too.

Mike was very prompt and professional throughout the entire process. He moved our ceiling fan in our kitchen because when installed by a prior company, they installed the fan too close to the cabinets which caused the fan blades to hit the cabinets. After this, he installed two outdoor motion lights, one on the back door and one on our front door. Not only did he do an impeccable job during this job, but he was able to fix our light socket in order to have it control our front motion light and our living room ceiling fan. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work. I look forward to doing business with this company again.
