ABLE WELL AND PUMP SERVICE

Run away from this company as fast as you can. Hours late to start the project. Gouged me on the price of a well pump and the labor. Can't do much at 2:30 in the morning but to just pay the bill. Took 6 hours to change out the well pump with 2 people working on it. Total cost was $3500.

Tom and Mike were fantastic. They are honest and reasonable with their work and pricing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Able Well and Pump Service. If you need help in Central Maryland, look no further.

Able arrive at my home the day I called at 4pm and worked until 9pm to restore water to my home. I will call him again if needed.

I called Able Well and Pump as a reference from a friend, after leaving messages with several well and pump companies after my water pressure dropped to zero on Wednesday, August 22. Tom called me right back and said he could come out that evening. Other companies told me it would be a couple weeks, since water tables were low (lack of rainfall in our area). He actually had to CONVINCE me to allow him to service me that same day! Boy, what a fool I was!) Tom and Dave (the co-owner) both immediately diagnosed the problem, informed me of the cost and what was needed to fix the problem, and set about doing so. Both these gentlemen were EXTREMELY professional, constantly keeping me updated on their progress and explaining what needed to be done in language I could understand. I'm an electrician by trade, so I know when someone is "snowballing" me. They impressed me with not only their professionalism, but knowledge of their job! They're a keeper!
