I found them to be very prompt. They have done work for me over the years. I have found them to be a good company to do business with.

They were super and they left the work site clean and neat. It was a good job. I have a contract for them to come out for the heating and AC. They have dome good work for us over the years.

Once the heat pump was installed A.M. Gable has been servicing twice a year. The zoned system works great.

It was a very good experience. They were not the cheapest option but the quality is well worth the extra money! I purchased my house Feb 2010 and the day I signed, the furnace blew. The previous owners paid for some random person to come out and replace it with the lowest end furnace possible. Due to some oversights during the inspection (since I purchased in the middle of winter) the fact that the A/C unit wouldn't work was not known at the time. The furnace was replaced and I was told about the A/C unit. When I went to go poke around for quotes and such, a friend of mine referred me to A.M. Gable. They came out and explained everything in detail to me. They even told me why there was a slight gas smell in the basement (the old standards for gas valves had changed and the ones in the house were no longer up to code). The other companies who came out came down and asked me where the smell was coming from. My thought was "Isn't that your job?" They explained that the lowest end furnace had been put in and told me plainly the pros and cons about replacing just the A/C unit vs. the entire thing. I received two quotes for both options and time to mull it over. Given all the tax credits and rebates, I went with replacing the full system. The crew was great and they even took the old (new) furnace and donated it for me to habitat for humanity. They gave me all the paperwork needed for this years taxes to receive the cut and they filed the rebates for me. There were a few hiccups that came up. When it came time to turn on the furnace, they had forgotten to turn a switch on and there was an issue with the slope of the drainage pipe which they fixed. Recently the output pump froze and they rerouted it to the washer drain. Each time I have had an issue they have been exceedingly responsive, courteous, and professional. Response was the day I called except for when the problem occurred on a Sunday. All in all it has been a wonderful experience with them and I will continue to use their services. If anyone ever asks me for a recommendation I will certainly give them A.M. Gable's name!

My air conditioner quit at 8 pm on a Friday Night. It was a nice night, opened the windows and called it a night. On Saturday morning we called 3 Air Conditioning contractors. AM Gable answered their emergency line and, since they were in the neighborhood stopped by an hour later. Took about 1 hour to fix the issue. No upselling, didn't say my unit needed to be replaced. Gave tips on what to do next time we have one installed (move farther away from the dryer vent). Given that it was a Saturday and I wasn't a usual customer, the response time and price were more than reasonable. We are ready for our next heat wave!
