 + 1 moreTyler did a tremendous job of working with me as this is a seasonal home & I am not at this property often. Tyler Building removed my old steps and built a full new set of steps. Tyler recommended the details when we said we wanted to use composite versus pressure treated wood. The finished product was absolutely excellent and the quality of the work was great. I will be using Tyler Building Company again. I recommended Tyler to another property owner as well.
Description of Work: Tyler Building company did a great job removing old steps and directing new steps. Quality of the work was great & the team at Tyler ws great to work with. The attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship and the finished production was Great!

 + 6 morePut simply, Tyler Building Co. delivered the highest quality work at great value. Will Tyler personally oversaw all aspects of the job, from design, to planning, to construction, to post-construction service. They worked through one of the worst winters on the Eastern Shore and did not let that delay the project too much. Their pricing was not the lowest, but they were very competitive and far better than some of the other better known builders in the area. They made changes when we asked for them and always remained in touch. Most importantly, they have stood by their work. It's been two years since our project finished, and we have hardly had any issues, but when we do, Will (and Nikki, his wife) always make sure that any issues are promptly addressed. I would recommend them without hesitation for any size project.
Description of Work: I contracted with Tyler Building Co. to do a complete top to bottom remodel of our ocean-front townhouse in Ocean City, which included construction of a new deck, a new ground floor, and a new top/third floor.

Description of Work: they were able to come within 4 hours for a quote and within 24 hours to complete job (put shingles onto the shed) after my father and I decided we just could not do it. very competitive pricing as well as excellent work . I will use them again

 + -1 moreWe had to wait about 8 weeks from the time the contract was signed, but that was fine. Once the men started the job, they were here very early each morning and stayed thru the terrible heat. They were here for the full week. The only complaint I have is the amount of debri that was left on the ground and in the bushes after they were finished. A young man came by to clean up over the weekend after I called and explained my concern. There was one spot on the back of the house that need to be reworked. It took several weeks for one of the men to come back, but when he came, he was so apologetic and honest about it. He made the repair and it looks great! My roof is the best on the street, by far!

Description of Work: Re-roofed my home. The workers were pleasant, but messy. There were some other issues with procedures, however I contacted the owner and he was very responsive to my concerns. I would use them again, but I would discuss in detail what to expect before the job commenced.

Description of Work: Roof looks great- finally finished amid snow and rain. We have a 12/12 pitch (very steep). Crew arrived at 7:30AM and had a break for lunch. Left about 4:PM. Crew of 3-4 worked for 4 days. Cleaned up trash and swept decks.
