My Preventive maintenance insurance company, AHS (American Home Shield) sent TNT out for a semi annual preventive maintenance check on my 2 furnace systems. Both were working fine before he arrived and he confirmed this in his check. 2 weeks later a cold spell arrived and my hybrid unit would not get up to temperature and shut down. We called back AHS and they said they would send TNT out. We called TNT and left several messages.3 days later TNT called and made arrangements to come out. He said it had frozen and he and quot;straightenedand quot; the drain line. I have had this system for 20 years and the drains never froze before and I doubted they did now. 1 week later the same thing happened.

Again we called AHS who contacted TNT and again he took several days to contact us and did not return my calls to him in a timely manner. This time I gave him the code the furnace was showing for the problem. He could not resolve it. He also broke a part and said he would contact the manufacturer for suggestions. 10 days later he returned to replace all the hoses and a pressure switch and the part he broke. In doing this he broke more parts which he went out and bought locally and replaced. It appears he may have finally fixed the furnace but I will not use him again due to his terrible response time and failure to return calls and his seemingly inferior knowledge of heating systems. I am also cancelling me preventive maintenance checks with American Home Shield, but not my repair contract with them as they have been very good.

He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. He has a good product and he will come anytime you need him.
