installed inner guts to both toilets, after we asked if new toilets would be better. Was told that the new guts would have the toilets working like new. Adjusted water heater. Installed new faucet in bathroom. Well the toilets did not flush properly, and when we advised them, they came out promptly, and said that our toilets were old, and we needed new ones. We do not have proper hot water for shower, but didn't complain about this problem. We were given an invoice for replacement of the toilets, which would have been another $450.00, after paying in access of $500.00 for the initial visit. Was also advised that we would not be charged for the service charge to check the complaint of the toilets not flushing properly. Why should we be charged for them to check on their faulty work. We have not had the toilets fixed, and would not use them again, as they certainly didn't correct the original problem without our spending another $450.00. They purchased the faucet, before checking on our budget for the replacement. It also was quite expensive, but since we did not specify our preference, this is our fault. They have not got in touch with us to try to rectify the problem, without additional expense.

We had a broken sewer pipe that the city said was on our side and that we were responsible for fixing it.  Sewage was backing up into a sink in the basement.  Foxwell Plumbing was very responsive and considered all issues.  This was all happening during the worst part of this terrible winter we were having. Foxwell had to arrange the services of a heavy equipment supplier to assist in the effort to fix things.  They came out on the worst day of the winter, a foot or more of snow on the ground and temperatures of about 20 degrees and worked all day to fix the problem. Don't hesitate to call on them with your plumbing problems.

They were very professional and made sure all pipes were operating properly before leaving. Without my asking, they checked several bathroom faucets and made adjustments as needed. Compared to other plumbers, the price was extremely reasonable, considering that two plumbers worked on this job for nearly three hours. Unlike other plumbers who suggested using heating tape on pipes, Foxwell said they never install it due to potential fire hazard.

I asked that they find out why my washer was not draining. It took them 3 hours and $400 for them to tell me nothing - they were more interested in the kitchen sink than the washer. 20 to 30 minutes before they left, I explained again what was happening and they figured out what the issue was and then gave me an estimate for another $400+ to fix the problem. They were knowledgable and nice, however they did not listen and I ended up fixing the problem myself for about $30.

I first called company the previous thursday and made appointment for tuesday 4/3/2012 at 8 am. Company came exactly at 8 am on the 3rd and immediately accessed my problem, presented estimate, and finished the job quickly about 90 mins. Even though job called for more materials than what was in the estimate, Foxwell plumbing didn't charge extra and honored original estimate.

They were very helpful, friendly and I felt very comfortable with them. I liked the fact that they came out very quickly and they came the same day that we called them. I thought that their price was pretty good considering what I was expecting.

I've been happy with Foxwells. I think they're honest, and in my experience they try to keep my expenses down. For instance, when my very old, difficult-to-access faucet was leaking, they gave me the option of tearing up the wall to replace it, or having them find replacement parts locally to rebuild it. It was much less expensive and made more sense to rebuild it, so I took that option.

Great - they were pleasant, courteous, and quick. They showed us all the work they had done and explained it. I highly recommend them!
