When I first contacted Sam, he made an appointment and showed up on time. He used a fancy little helicopter to video my roof and provided me with a complete video of my entire roof. It was quite impressive. I was able to see all facits of my roofing needs. He gave me an estimate in a reasonable amount of time and came in as average with the three estimates I had gotten. I had later presented some additional items of interest, and he was able to quickly evaluate them and add those quotes to his proposal. I selected them to do the work and we set a date. They showed up on the day they said they would and stayed on schedule the entire time. The work took a couple of more days than we planned, but I found it reasonable considering all the additional work, plus the roof project. The area was kept clean and they straightened up every day before they left. There were a lot of questionable items found along the way and Sam brought them to my attention straight away, and we were able to resolve all issues promptly. I thought the amount of money I paid, was well on par, for the quality of professionalism I received. I would gladly use UCMD again in the future, and they have already started a project for a family member.
