TOP SEED LANDSCAPING

We contacted 5 other companies, One company ****** Landscaping had 3 chances to arrive on time he never made it! Two were to expensive and two never showed at all. Toby was the ONLY one that arrived on time and had the best prices. He is not the cheapest and not the most expensive, he s the best that I have ever seen, better than friends and family had.
Toby did a 80lb block front retaining wall and landscaping. Planted a tree, several shrubs, pine trees and A LOT of flowers. He also stained our front deck, new front steps and installed lattice. The retaining wall is BEAUTIFUL, very colorful. The yard is outstanding, we have gotten compliments on the wall and yard from people we don't even know!!l He also took down a deck and installed a paver patio, he made my back yard look like a resort. He also planted several shrubs, bushes and flowers; in addition he made a River Rock Garden, with Ornamental Grasses, Blue Spruce which are also in the front and back and several other decorative shrubs.I also have two senior Siberian Huskies and he had to stop throughout the job for several days so I could let them out back so they could take care of business. He also had the guys build them a little ramp when the drop was high before the patio was complete. He never got angry, always polite and very patient with them.
I contacted him last night and asked him to send two guys to transplant some things for the River Rock Garden when he could, and they were here this afternoon. Toby does all he can to accommodate his clients, and what is convenient for his clients. And,.....he has the most polite, nicest,sweetest and professional guys i have ever had working at my home i will never look for another landscaper, as far as we are concerned there is none better!!!!! Toby truly enjoys his work and it shows. Don't bother with estimates, just call TOP SEED!!!! My front and back yard is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, doesn't even look the same. I am going to have him build a paver surrounding for a fire pit insert so it matches my patio, and I know it, like everything else he did will be BEAUTIFUL!! Top Seed Landscaping is The Very Best!!

They did leaf removal and landscaping for us in our front yard. They are reliable, honest and respond right away. You won't regret using them. There price is reasonable.

We met Toby from Top Seed about five years ago when we purchased our current home. At that time, our yard was overgrown and unattractive. Toby was prompt with our appointment and provided us with a variety of options and recommendations for improving our yard. He worked with designers to help us design our hardscaping to meet the needs of our family. We have used him ever since. Top Seed does our annual leaf removal and spring clean up, as well as snow removal in the winter. They always come as scheduled, arrive on time, and stay until the work is done.
Top Seed is great at working with peoples schedules. On more than one occasion, we have had last minute things that we needed to have done. Toby has always made an effort to meet our timelines, and has worked long hours to complete tasks by our required timeframes. The best part about this company is that they are honest and trustworty. I am never concerned over leaving them here to work on their own.
