Todd made the home buying process extremely easy!  For a first time home buyer this was exactly what I needed.  He was not only available and well versed at meeting my house hunting needs & wants but he was also a great resource for what to expect in the entire home buying process all together.  He put me in contact with the right mortgage team and also assisted with the negotiations of the house.  He stayed in contact with me even when there was action on my part needed. Having a realtor who personally took the time to accomplish my requests while also being available whenever I needed was more than I could have ever asked for.  Todd is my recommended first choice in a realtor and I look forward to family, friends and myself in the future working with Todd!

Todd was great. He used internet to market house with success. Had one open house on a Sunday by Tuesday Offer came in. Offer was less then we wanted Todd negotiated deal and got us more then what we listed the house for. All this was done during one of Baltimore's worst Blizzards. Great job Todd. Want to sell your house call Todd he is the go to guy.
