Furniture - Sales
It was a horrible experience. You can supposedly mix items between sets (a set is a sofa, wing chair, coffee table, 2 end tables and 2 lamps) as long as the sets are comparably priced. The salesperson could not figure out how to give us the discounted set price once we put in different end tables, though. Hard to explain. Anyway, the set would have been no cheaper than the pieces with the prices he was quoting. Finally got that resolved (after a fight, walking out, and calling a manager). We had a different salesperson when we returned to make the purchase (it was cheap, and a good deal, just the store salesperson was awful). Then when we finally got the furniture, she had coded the wrong color, and we ended up with a $200 store credit (or we could have returned it and waited another 8 weeks)- luckily it was our second choice color. What an ordeal.
