I was pleased with the cleaning but they missed some spots. Overall I think they did a pretty good job, and the price was pretty much reasonable.

Cleaning staff are very cooperative and willing to please. Missing areas are happily re-done.
The first 2 cleanings will cost more than the subsequent on-going ones. They are very fast
but try to be thorough. sometimes areas are not done the way I would, but that is always the case, nothing
is perfect. This company takes pride in it's work and workers, and very amenable to corrections
if necessary.

I have used their service on and off for the past 6 years. I have had really, really good crews with them and also a few bumps in the road through the years. They are always responsive if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service, they will send out another crew and complete the work immediately. The prices are also reasonable. They are very service conscious.

The did full house cleaning. Cleaned from top to bottom. They did anything that could be reached.

Poor cleaning. Could do a better job myself. Bathroom tubs and toilets left dirty. Never cleaned blinds or window sills. Crews always complained that their equipment was either broken or not as good as our cleaning products and vacume so they used ours.. Although the house has many nicknacks, many items and areas around items never touched. Due to work schedules, we did not have time to have crews come back and redo cleaning when it was offered. Different crews gave different excuses. One crew said we needed to replace toilets due to "crud." Another crew cleaned toilets thoroughly like new a month later. All promised to do moldings, blinds, window sills and it never got done. Last cleaning left dirt in bathtub and toilets, areas not done. We take blame for not complaining enough and rejecting offers to redo cleaning, but the job should have been done right the first time. When we thought we had a good crew, the next cleaning by that crew was incomplete. So it was with other crews. To be fair, management did offer to re clean and inspect after cleanings, but again our work schedules precluded that. We seek a company that does the job right the first time. This agency is not the one.

Cleaning was generally ok, but trustworthiness and reliability is another issue. One instance of missed appointment altogether due to holidays and scheduling confusion, understandable. However, on another occasion, while home sick, walked in on cleaners ransacking refridgerator and cupboards, eating toddler's lunch box snacks. I would have had no objection if they had asked for lunch. However, it made me question everything else about them, wondering if they'd ransacked everything else in the house.... Owners didn't believe the claim, as though I would make up a story that I walked down to my kitchen to find people eating rice krispie squares for some type of personal benefit. Clearly a risk to other homeowners (due to the potential loss of something more important than food!) if the cleaners were not fired. 10/23/2010 Updated to reflect an F for responsiveness based on the Company Response below. I needed a cleaner, and they did an adequate job. At the point I found them ransacking my home, I asked them to leave - for good.

"During the two years that the Member was a customer, she had the same cleaning team, day of the week and time-slot. At NO time did we ever miss a cleaning appointment with this customer or have any issues with the team that was assigned to her house. While the Member was a long term customer we have had two issues where she abruptly told the team to get out of her house for no apparent reason. Each time the team left and the Member called with an explanation that was not favorable to the cleaning team. But also each time restarting service asking for the same team to return to clean her home."

"The Members were weekly customers who had 11 cleanings with our company. We found them to be very pleasant customers but they expected items to be cleaned that we do not do. Our teams are not able to stand on ladders, stools or Members home to clean a commercial type hood range that extending to the ceiling which our teams were told not to clean do to the height. The Members also requested that only their central vac be used yet repeated failed to supply extenion pieces required to worjk the unit. The team would need to stay in a bent position to clean the entire house that had tile/wood flooring. The Members cleaning team was changed when on of the orginal team members went on maternity leave, this team was replaced by a training team who remained the same until service was stopped. We are very sorry this arrangement was unsuccessful."

I use this company every two weeks they are very punctual. They cleaned the kitchen, floors, and cabinets completely. They cleaned three bathrooms, dusted, and counters very well.

The quality of the cleaning is inconsistent, sometimes thorough, sometimes not. We have had many different ''teams'', which is part of the problem, but when the same people get to know your house, they usually do a nice job. However, I have had several things broken or damaged, and one or two cleaning tasks always seem to be forgotten.

Generally very good. We have had at least one person on the team that is consistently here each week, so she is familiar with the house. I have had to call the service once about some things they missed. For example- the in-depth cleaning called for them to have moved light furniture to vacuum under it and they had not moved a hassock that had a lot of dog hair under it. They had not moved it to clean under it. I called about it and from then on, they have done it. I have only been using them for about a month, but so far so good. I like their approach on the in-depth rotational cleaning.

intially very good service - have been using them approx 2 yrs. Past few months have noticed service not as good. Used to have same crew but now crews are different every 2 weeks - sometimes cleaning is good other times not so good. For example: trash pulled and bags not replaced, streaks in mirrors, showers/toilets not thoroughly cleaned each time, glass shelves dusted on top but not underneath. Will be looking for new company. You can call to complain and they will return but who wants to do that every time? When I have had them return, crew seemed less than thrilled to make 2nd visit.

THEY DO A 'THOROUGH CLEANING' ROTATION EACH TIME THEY COME OVER AS WELL AS DOING GENERAL CLEANING. UNFORTUNATELY, THE CLEANING TEAMS AREN'T ALWAYS THE SAME PEOPLE AND SO THINGS AREN'T ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY CLEANED THE SAME WAY. THE OWNER IS VERY CONCERNED AND HELPFUL AND HAS SOMEONE COME BACK TO THE HOUSE IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THINGS WERE PERFORMED ON ANY GIVEN OCCASION.
