It went really well, I recommended him to my brother in law and he was able to help with his problem very quickly.

I couldn't be happier with Ralph's work. The initial plumbing work was perfect. Subsequent calls were either handled over the phone (he told me how to fix the spigot leaks) or he showed up and refused payment when he found that the water meter was not, in fact, leaking. He instructed me on how to troubleshoot a suspected water meter leak (water in the bottom of the meter well does not necessarily indicate a problem). When Ralph provided a gas line hook-up to our new stove he was prompt and completed the job in less than an hour for $100.
Ralph feels more like a neighbor who has plumbing skills rather than a routine service provider. In fact he lives within 3 miles of our house.

Ralph and a helper had three visits and installed gas line from existing propane line to the new generator. He came on the same day as the electrician and checked that everything was OK.

Ralph was very prompt in returning my calls and was able to come out and replace our sump pump in a very timely manner. On the day he did the work, he was punctual and efficient, and was finished the job in under an hour. I felt the price was extremely reasonable and would definitely hire him again.

Ralph quickly identified the issue with our sediment filter, replaced it and took the time to show me how to flush it out correctly. (our home inspector never did, which is why we ended up with a leak) Then he worked on the smell in the bathroom, which he thought was coming from the tub drain. He cleaned everything out for me and showed me how to take it apart myself an what steps to take if I noticed the smell again. Ralph is one of those people who are so valuable to run across when you own a home. He is a permanent fixture in my portfolio of contractors. He's someone I trust to always do the job right and charge fairly. He'a also the kind of person I feel comfortable leaving a key for to come into my house and fix something if I am not home. Just an all around great guy.

Everything was great. Ralph came out and checked out the sump pump free of charge. he explained why the sump pump was installed the way it was. When he left he told me to call him if I needed anything else. Great experience.

We called three plumbers off of Angie’s List and Ralph was the first and only one to call us back. He was extremely nice and offered many suggestions while repairing our water heater. He was also open to answer any questions I had for him. While there I asked for a quote to have a water line run for our ice maker, he was able to add this to the job that day. He never tried to up sell us on new products and even gave us a very fair quote and advice regarding the replacement of our very old sump pump. I would use Ralph again and recommend his service.

He was very responsive to our phone call. To try to save us money, he asked if I could email him a photo of the old flange ahead of time, so he'd know what to bring -- a great idea that was very conscientious of him. He had to push us back one day on his schedule, but that was fine because he called as soon as he found this out. When his arrival was delayed by 30 minutes, he also called to let us know. In summary, Ralph never leaves you hanging wondering when or if he'll arrive. The installation itself is top notch -- he was able to work around the really poor workmanship a previous homeowner had done in remodeling this bathroom, and the new flange looks like the whole house was built perfectly around it. To save money, I'm actually putting the toilet back on myself, but he talked me through the process, and asked for me to call him to let him know how it goes, or if I get stuck and need some help over the phone. Very professional.

Excellent workmanship, top-quality materials. Arrived punctually, worked efficiently. Was very friendly, and when I asked about a clogged sewer air vent, he suggested a do-it-yourself fix instead of suggesting he do it.

I always felt his prices were reasonable. He is very clean, pleasant to have in your home and really troubleshoots well.

Ralph was prompt in coming out to give an estimate. It did take weeks longer than I expected before he started the work, but he kept in touch. He worked quickly and efficiently once he started, and he explained everything that he did. Both he and his helper were very polite and pleasant. They had to drill through the floor and wall to connect the system to the boiler and had to run pipe through a grungy crawlspace. The work was done in just 2 1/2 days, and they left everything neat and tidy.

Ralph worked around the whole-house re-modeling job and the work was completed in less than a week to our complete satisfaction. He made suggestions about routing water and drain lines which worked out very nicely. We have complete peace-of-mind about our plumbing after Ralph's work.
