plumbing, drain cleaning
+ 0 moreA 60 gallon water heater rusted through the bottom at one of our restaurants one Friday, doing so after normal business hours (of course). After assessing the situation and looking into the ACTUAL DEMAND OF THE UNIT REQUIRED, determined that we could save money by using a smaller, more efficient unit. Rick and his team (literally) cut out the old unit, and early the next day the correct unit was delivered and installed, putting the restaurant back in business in short order. The cutting and soldering was neat and clean, vent piping was solid, and his crew cleaned up the installation area as if nothing had happened. Months later now, I can see the savings that Rick predicted before installation, and estimate that the ROI will start years sooner than anticipated.
Description of Work: Plumbers and auto mechanic have at least one thing in common: once you have find a great one, you stick with them and recommend their services. I oversee 4 very busy restaurants in Baltimore, and so you can imagine that plumbing issues are often frustrating and seemingly endless. The restrooms need a 150' snake? Rick is there. The 300 gallon water heater sprang a leak? Rick is there. The waste pump quit and it's the weekend? Rick is there. Get it? Prompt, straightforward and dependable, Rick and his staff at R&R have been our restaurant group's "plumber of choice" for over six years and have earned the respect of THIS busy facilities manager!
