Drain Cleaning, Plumbing
A 60 gallon water heater rusted through the bottom at one of our restaurants one Friday, doing so after normal business hours (of course). After assessing the situation and looking into the ACTUAL DEMAND OF THE UNIT REQUIRED, determined that we could save money by using a smaller, more efficient unit. Rick and his team (literally) cut out the old unit, and early the next day the correct unit was delivered and installed, putting the restaurant back in business in short order. The cutting and soldering was neat and clean, vent piping was solid, and his crew cleaned up the installation area as if nothing had happened. Months later now, I can see the savings that Rick predicted before installation, and estimate that the ROI will start years sooner than anticipated.
