Excellent. Chris came in and went right to work. He found the problem, corrected it (only a loose fitting) and then caulked in the toilet which created the issue in the first place. Since the toilet wasn't caulked, it shifted and loosened up the pipe connection. He could have tried to do more, replace the pipe fittings, wax ring etc.. but he was honest and trustworthy and done in about 15 minutes. The $45.00 (his charge) might seem high for such a short work time but you generally can't get a tradesman in the door for less than $75.00. Knowing this, I felt the extra I gave him was well worth it... and my peace of mind.
