It included both parts of the mattress like the box spring and the top mattress. I actually went to the store but I had already researched the mattress and knew what I wanted. I was a really easy sale. The staff was helpful. They were very nice. They delivered the mattress. It took them just a couple of days for them to deliver the mattress after I purchased it. The delivery people were good.

My husband and I initially went to Macy's to look for a mattress because they were having a sale, but we wanted a point of comparison on the price of the mattress. Mattress Discounters was close by and had received good ratings on Angie's List, so we checked it out. Our salesperson was very professional, not pushy, and not creepy like some mattress salespeople i've had in the past. When i told him that we were also looking at Macy's, he provided us with additional discounts and also provided us with all the mattress specs so that we could compare prices. His price came in lower by a few hundred dollars, and he threw in a mattress pad and free delivery. We set up the delivery for the next weekend. My one complaint is that the delivery person was supposed to call the day before-hand to let us know when he'd be coming, and instead I had to call the day before b/c no one ever called. All the employees that I dealt with were very professional and helpful, and I would definitely use them again. Our bed is very comfortable, and i sleep even better knowing that we got a good deal!

We were able to take the mattresses with us, but delivery and set up is available. They have a good low price guarantee, manufacturer's warranty and refund and exchange policy, which is spelled out on their brochure.
