It took them about 10 days to deliver it. They actually brought the wrong ice maker, we called them and they had the correct one on the truck the next morning. They took care of it very quickly and very nicely. The drivers were very nice, everyone got everything in and out and all cleaned up. It was great. Dawn was the one who corrected the problem, she was excellent. The drivers were very nice and polite. Getting waited on in Lowe’s in the appliance department took 30 minutes. I wasn’t very happy about that.

They are located on Taylor Avenue. They had a big sale. They just opened a new store in our area. The only complaint we had was a minor one. We had different promotions in coupons and things like that. They had to read the stuff more than once to get everything right. People didn't know what to do, but after that everything was fine. I don't remember any problems. There wasn't anything that we couldn't work out. They were professional. We will go back there.
