Came out promptly and gave me a fair assessment of the situation. Washer was not repairable for less than the cost of replacing, so that's what we did. Would use them again.

I had been using my washing machine for quite a while, when I noticed that I was not able to get any hot water to go into the machine. T & J Appliance Repair was able to come out and examine the situation, and they were able to determine that the problem was not with the machine, but with the connection to the hot water pipe. The workers were very friendly and professional, and when they were done, the machine was working just as it had when I first bought it. I was quite happy with the work they did.

My clothes dryer had begun to fail, and I was worried that I would have to buy a new one. I contacted T & J to find out if it could be repaired before I started pricing new units. The technician arrived and took a look at my dryer, and he was able to determine that the only thing that needed to be fixed was the belt that turns the drum. I was quite relieved that he was able to repair my unit so easily, and he saved me quite a bit of money. I was quite satisfied.

I wanted my dishwasher in white, but they only had black, we agreed that if they had a white they'd substitute it and let me know, which they did. They called me, delivered it promptly and it was great service.

I have nothing but good things to say about Longo's. I have bought scratch and dent and new appliances from them. They always match or beat other prices. They are amenable to helping with installation if we pick things up. They are just all around great.

When they say they're coming, they come at that time. They have the parts needed with them. They advised me on the type of replacement to use for the furnace and microwave. They're very nice people, a father-and-son team. Cost here was for the icemaker replacement, and he had one on the truck, so I didn't have to wait.
