Salesperson (Marge) rolled her eyes as her subordinate informed her of our needs. She then refused to measure the blind because she thought the hardware on her goods was longer. It was slightly (1/16 to 1/8 of an inch) but could be compensated in the cut. We suggested we measure to alleviate her of the responsibility and were told ''we would just have to wait''. Many minutes later, I asked for a tape measure to measure the blind. She gave it to her subordinate and made her stay with us (so we would not steal it). She returned belligerent. I said ''never mind; I'll call Mike (the owner) to let him know we could not be helped''. Suddenly, she offered to measure and cut blind, while complaining to us about the competency of her subordinate and her inability to take bathroom breaks. She then cut it OVER AN INCH TOO SHORT. We were so flabbergasted,we left. I called Mike and left several messages. No call back. This company lost a longtime customer.
