He is just like a little mom & pop person. He is great. He comes out and takes care of your furniture. Any problem you have, he fixes it and he fixes it nicely. The guy himself is wonderful, but he is also very practical. He is not going to do a bunch of stuff that you do not need. He is just going to make your furniture look good with the minimum amount of repair and stuff that will make it functional and safe.
