 + -1 moreIt went very well, it was a simple phone conversation to determine whether service was possible, I was sad that I can't get my VCR repaired
Description of Work: Just Audio no longer services VCR's due to the difficulty in obtaining parts. They must charge a $75 diagnostic fee, so they have decided not to service VCR's because, once they find the problem they may not be able to fix it. I was impressed with their openness about this. Also, Angie's list has the wrong number listed, I had to search out the current number using Yellow Pages website. Just Audio's current number is 410-882-4360. I understand that Just video has tried to change it on the angie's list website, but a ghost number keeps popping back up.
