 + -1 moreFinancially, in the end, I have currently not been reimbursed for the $850 dollars I am owed by Jiffy Lube for the rental car I had to use due to their inability to perform an oil change properly.
Description of Work: Took my car in for an oil change. They forget to install a gasket will the oil filter. My car spilled all the oil while driving down the highway to work. Engine damage occured. The engine was replaced and paid for by Jiffy Lube, but the bill for the rental car I had to use for a month was not. After calling for two months and leaving messages on the owners phone, I never got a response. The total for the rental was $850.
