He rebuilt the back part of the house?s floor system, worked around the exterior walls (actually rebuilt 75%, bringing them up to code, and including replacing the windows as we went along.) Our kitchen also needed to be remodeled and to save us money, John used the existing cabinets. The extent and cost of the remodel made us work in phases, but I must say, dealing with an old house, John had a solution for all our quirky problems. What we appreciated most of all was that John was willing to work with my husband during the entire process.
