The cost of service was free. It was warranty. I could not get through to anybody this time. They are usually phenomenal. They've got something going on, there are people quitting and all. Some were very unprofessional and others were very professional. They did not dirty anything.

I go to the dealer and it is Heritage Honda. I like them because you can keep in touch by email and they will email you coupons for service and all kind of things and that is kind of nice. They will honor them even if you don't have one with you, you can still use the coupon anyway. They are very good about that. They treated me the best. I had major work there too like replacing tires, break work and things like that. Based on that they have done it well and they have done it timely. They regularly meet the estimate that they made right on the mark. They have never been over their estimate. I think they are the best. I would give them superior ratings all the way round. I have never had problems with them. They are very good. They know me by name. I just bought a Honda CRV last year but I get it serviced up here. I bought it from a different dealer and I service it at the dealership closest to me.

This is your typical car dealership service center. They are so positive when you drop your car off and never call with any updates. Yet they seemed annoyed when I called nearly 24 hours later to see if they found the problem with my a/c. They still had not looked at my car in almost 24 hours. Several hours later, returned my call and said it was a simple fix that would be ready in 15 minutes.
After dinner we went to pick up the car and they could not find it - this is the second time this has happened here! Finally found keys, paid $120 in labor for a $12 part.

Sold me a car. It was fine.

I use Heritage Honda on Harper's Road for my mechanic. I was there about six months ago. They are completely honest. You feel confident in workmanship and all the people there are very nice and polite and they explain everything to you. If they find something for real they will come and say this needs to be done now or this is for the future. They are completely honest.

Dealt with Mark Sowder Assistant Service Manager.I informed that the car just did not over heat that the engine block was cracked.Mark told me to wait a few minutes while he did some research. He then informed me that there was a known issue with the the engine block and that I was going to be getting a new engine for free. Mark also did the 100,000 mile maintenance that was going to be needed in another 15,000 miles for free. I cannot say enough good things about him, the mechanic that did the work, or their service department. It is companies with people like this that make dealing with certain companies and brands a joy. It is evident that they care about people that the reputation of their products.

I give them an A rating and I will purchase a new car from them again in the future.

I was on the beltway and someone just passed and they hit me from the back and it was quite hard. I have around 74,000 miles on my car since 2002, it's a 10-year-old car and I think it is starting to wear out because of age. I had all my work done and tune ups done and it is in good running condition. It was just maintenance of the car. I had to have a compressor put in. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They would always call me and update me on what they were going to do and if they have to do something that they didn't tell me about I suppose anything being expensive, they will call and tell me. They don't surprise me about the cost, they call and tell me. They have always been responsive. They usually will have it ready when they say they will, sometimes they are off a couple of days. When I had this job done, they told me over the phone how much they thought it was going to cost my part of it, so I had a cashier's check made out and when I got there it turned out to be lesser than what they told over the phone. They owe me a difference. I would plan to continue to use the company in the future. They have a record of my car work on their computer, they can pull it up at anytime, if I want to sell my car, I can have the details of all of the work out how it is done there over the years, so I have to give the person a printout of everything that has been done to my car.

We added on an extended warranty. They were helpful and straightforward. We would recommend them. They were very good at what they did, but it wasn't like they were running to get us coffee and pastries. We haven't had any service done yet. There was not a lot of margin for negotiation on the Honda. They gave us a little bit of a deal but it wasn't big. We really like the car; it was just what we wanted. They presented it honestly and didn't try to make it more than what it was. We are very happy with it. They were very responsive and they followed up with a call and email to see if we were enjoying our purchase. They offered a $50 gift card to get us to come in, but we haven't received it yet. They said it would take several weeks. They were very punctual and professional. They prepared the car quickly for us to take right then. They were very good with the financing. It was quick and they explained it quickly. We were walk-ins and we were met quickly and professionally by the dealer herself and the salesman she turned us over to.

They are friendly and knowledgeable and don't talk down to me. They are genuinely interested that I keep my car in good shape and take responsibility for making sure that the work is done correctly and promptly. They provide good quality service, and their prices are reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

The main company name is Atlantic Automotive Group, and the last contact I had was with Hal Perez and he had the district manager, Constine Spiava, call me later that day. They said they spoke with the owner of the company and the company attorney and they would do absolutely nothing and let this go away. I let them know they should look into this a little further. They said they looked into the matter and would not get involved any further. That's when Chrysler Financial and Chrysler Service Contracts contacted me and let me know how I was excluded for all warranties due to my profession. They faxed this information to me on June 17, 2010. They totally misrepresented both sales. They knew, because of the nature of the business I am in, they could not sell me this vehicle. They still made the sale with warranties included to take advantage of me. After I threatened to sue about the warranty on the vehicle, they sold me a brand new vehicle. They did the exact same fraudulent thing. They sold me a new vehicle to cover up their incorrect sale of the used vehicle. They should have never sold me these vehicles knowing the warranties would not apply.

They are very popular. Everyone that works there is very attentive to the customer. I never feel like I am being handed off. They are all very good at communicating what you need to know. They are extremely fair and very understanding.

The man that we use there does excellent work. We always ask for him no matter what. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

The worst most dishonest incompetent experience ever!!! I met face to face with body shop senior manager and he promised the car would be ready in 5 days, 3 weeks later it was still not done. There was never a phone call about delays but endless excuses whenever I called them. This was not major damage and they were so obviously liars. Each person would give me a different story contradicting the others. I tried to just take my car somewhere else and was always told that the car was in pieces and they refused to put it back together- NEVER use this business
