Service was great and everyone was helpful. They even straightened out my hood that got a little pushed in from parking downtown.

Needless to say, the price was too much for my budget but I will take his recommendation and try Maaco. If I ever need body work, they will get the job.

I've had body work done at less capable places before so I was skeptical the start. The service aspect was courteous and professional, but what I really care about is the quality of the work performed. I could not find a flaw with the body work. This covered most of the passenger side of the car. There were dents and deep scratches. The paint finish was perfect, and the color was very close to perfect. It's been over a year since the work was done, and it still looks like new!

Ed and Jim's arranged for tow truck to pick up my car after an accident. On any occasion that I had to call them to ask questions, etc., the staff were very courteous and professional. I was absolutely shocked with the quick turn-around time. When I went to pick up my car and did an inspection, I was very pleased. There was one small place on the roof that I figured the insurance company had not put in the estimate and when I brought that to the attention of the employee, he said they would take care of that immediately, which they did. My claims adjuster told me they would probably charge me for an older dent that met the new damage (the old one was in the door), but they fixed it and did not charge me extra. I was very please with the job performed at Ed and Jim's and would recommend them to anyone. I was a little cautious since the reviews on this list were at least a couple of years old. However, my concern was unfounded and I was extremely pleased with the job they did.

I was very pleased with Ed and Jim's. The estimate and final price was exact, the car was finished when promised, it was spotless when I received it and the repair job appears to be PERFECT except for the racing stripes that were replaced (whole hood was painted) - looks like there is debris underneath the stripes. It's noticeable to me, but probably not to anyone else and I'm not sure it's worth taking the car back and having them re-do them. Gene (estimator) made me feel comfortable about this, which didn't happen at the other 2 shops I'd gotten prices from.

I thought that they were highly professional. They stuck by their work and performed to work to their best possible ability. They were certain with what they were doing and they had a very clean shop.

Repair of car was done well and repairs cannot be seen as all matches well. Repair took longer than estimator indicated it would. Employees are helpful and friendly.

We have used Ed and Jim's before when our car was stolen and when it was hit by a deer (it's an unlucky car). Initially, we used their company because it was recommended by our insurance but we are now faithful customers. Every repair that has been done is flawless and they are extremely honest and reasonably priced. Because our insurance was not going to cover this (below our deductible) they worked to find us a used mirror at a fraction of the cost. The work was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend them!
