 + -1 moreDave is terrific to work with, as are all his subcontractors. They are meticulous about details, neat, and timely. If you're looking for cutting-edge approaches, green know-how and such, you'll have to provide Dave with info about what you want, as it's not his strong point. If you're looking for traditional high-quality construction and pleasant, respectful people with a good work ethic, you can't do better than Dae-Mar.
Description of Work: I have used Dae-Mar for two projects, the first in 2007 was a major addition of a master bedroom suite, other bath renovations, and multiple other sub-projects. Dave managed the complex project well. How many people can say after a 6 month project they will miss their contractor? So two years later I had Dave back to do a kitchen renovation.

 + 1 moreThey were timely and very responsive. They were very neat and just did a really top notch job as far as the actual construction. They were very nice to deal with. We did get three quotes and they were relatively competitive.
Description of Work: They remodeled our bathroom. They turned a room above our garage into a closet.
