The owner (Steve) is a man of impeccable morals, high ethical standards, and has been working on cars since he was knee-high to a grasshopper. What's at the top rolls downhill. The quality of service is high enough to satisfy an engineer's expectations, while explanations and options are provided whenever necessary. They always do a great job of fitting me in, although that can mean a slightly longer time in the waiting room (understandable). Friendly staff at the desk, and the mechanics are approachable when you need to talk to them. Convenient location for me and anyone on I-695 in Baltimore County. I'm lucky to have stumbled on to these guys when I first moved to the area. I trust them. Their prices are fair. They are easy to work with. They ease a lof of my car ownership worries.
