It went great. Courtney and Adam were prompt and professional. Also, Adam pointed out a couple of loose tiles that he discovered in the bathroom and I appreciated that. When they left the house not only looked clean but it smelled that way too!

Perfectly. The owner, Courtney King, was on time with the equipment necessary to perform the functions needed. Her estimate of time required to completion was also spot on. The examples on the C&S Services, LLC website are impressive and, I admit, I was leery. But I was extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again. Pricing was in line, if not lower, than other companies I contacted.

C&S made my life SO much easier! The owner is a neat freak and extremely committed to doing the best job possible. I almost feel like she would clean even without getting paid (well, almost). She is very smart, well organized, experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of cleaning, whether a single apartment or an apartment building. She is honest and has often discounted prices — without being asked — because the work was less than what she had expected. When was the last time a vendor did that? Her crew is handpicked, highly competent and trustworthy. We hired C&S because our previous cleaning service was typical — the office has no idea what the actual cleaners are doing or how they are doing — and we have never looked back. The best thing is that the owner is fully engaged, completely committed to the success of her business and makes sure the work is done to her high standards. This is a review coming from a stickler for housekeeping by the way — in our buildings the garbage cans must be lined up as though on parade review!

C & S came in and did such an awesome job at our house that I want them to do the carpets where i work. They were up front on pricing, very respectful of our furniture, took their time and did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you C&S
