We would not recommend this contractor to anyone. The project originally promised to be completed within two weeks dragged out for several additional weeks despite the good weather. This delay caused further water damage inside our home, thus increasing the eventual cost of interior repairs. After promising to provide us with documentation of his time and costs, Mr. Brazil refused to give us either. Only after consulting suppliers' web sites did we learn that the material charges from Mr. Brazil were grossly inflated. Finally, this contractor refused to clean up the premises after the project despite having promised to do so. We were left with the task of cleanup ourselves, including the removal of pieces of tile and metal which this contractor had apparently tossed off the roof.
