All Appliance Repair

I will take these people to small claims court and will report them to the BBB, and law enforcement. My husband already contacted our state representatives and city council. Terrible service, rude, unreliable, completely unprofessional and a fraud. We forked $400 and ended up with a drier still broken. This is the second day I stay home from work to wait for a tech (again) and nothing. Now they won't answer the phone. All the reviews in Yelp are consistent with my experience...stay AWAY from these people, they shouldn't be in business.

I have had Bob come out many time to repair my range, dryer, washer and refrigerator.  He is always prompt and takes care of problems for a reasonable cost.  What I really like about him is his honesty.  He told us when our washer was at the end of it's life and advised purchasing a new one, rather than charging us for a temporary fix.  He takes care of my mother-in-law's appliances too, and I never have to worry about her being taken advantage of.

Tech was very professional and arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and offered advice on how prevent trouble happening again.

When our dryer stopped heating clothes (an important function) we were recommeded to All Appliance Repair by our usual appliance repairman, who was ill. We are glad for the referral because working with Bob went extremely well, he was professional, and able to quickly diagnose the problem with our dryer, find the part number on his mobile device and then retrieve it from his van. It was not the heating element, as I'd thought, but a manfunctioning switch that cuts the dryer off in the event of a high temperature. The work was done quickly and effectively. The dryer works great now. Bob was nice to work with, and careful with the stray cat we have in our basement. It was a good experience and we would definitely recommend All Applicance Repair.
