Pros: hard workers, pleasant people. Cons: Also contracted to replace windows, called two days before project start to break the contract because he found another job; left house a mess and did not do any clean up (every surface in house covered in dust from removal of old tile; furniture, household items, walls not covered beforehand and the left without cleaning anything); very rushed. They left floor moldings gouged and cracked, took $100 off the bill in exchange for me fixing up the details myself, I attempted to do so, but realized the moldings were too damaged and needed to be replaced, called to ask them to return and finish the job; they said they didn't have time to come out. Did not return calls once bill was paid. Nice enough people, but very rushed, messy and left job unfinished.
