+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED THAT THE OLD VACUUM WAS REPAIRED FREE OF CHARGE AS PART OF THE SALES AGREEMENT WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CANISTER TYPE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE SALESMAN WAS INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SERVICE OUR OLD VACUUM AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO US.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED AN ELECTROLUX CANISTER TYPE VACUUM CLEANER ON APRIL 20, 2005 AND OUR OLD VACUUM CLEANER (AN ELECTROLUX UPRIGHT) WAS REPAIRED AND RETURNED TO US.

+ -1 moreWHEN I FIRST WENT IN, THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND SUGGESTED ALTERNATIVES. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED AND INTEND TO UTILIZE THEM WHEN NECESSARY AS MY VACUUM IS AN OLDER MODEL.
Description of Work: TOOK APART AND REPLACED THE POWER NOZZLE TO MY ELECTROLUX VACUUM WHICH IS AN OLDER MODEL.
