Titan Seal Coating

They came out to seal coat when it was to rain. I spoke with them. They said they would not come out if it was projected to rain. They came out anyway. It rained for 4 days after they coated. probably 90% washed away. Drive way looked horrible just a month later. So..instead of fixing it and coming out again, they said "just pay me what you think it's worth". I had not problem paying the full amount but they did not want to come out again to fix it. Buyer beware.

Titan was recommended to me by a business associate. I have a large parking pad and driveway. Damage had been done to the parking pad by a truck. Russell arrived to do an estimate in one day. The work was done a day later. He and his co-worker were very straightforward about what could be done for the repair. The day the work was done, they arrived exactly when they said they would, moved any items out of the way and did an unbelievable job removing grass and weeds from cracks. After making the repair, they sealed the entire pad and driveway using a squeegee technique versus spray-on. Squeegee is the preferred method. They were very neat and careful to get all areas and didn't get sealer anywhere it shouldn't be. They were finished in the time they said they would be.

I submitted an online request to get an estimate with approximate details. Russell called me back a couple hours later from my property confirming the details, provided an estimate and offered to do it on the spot. The work was completed before I got home and looked great! I'd highly recommend. The quality, price and timeliness is top notch!

Arrived in their time window (was able to schedule 1-2 weeks out from calling). Completed job in about 1 hour. Their coating is MUCH nicer and thicker than the stuff I have used to seal coat myself. Recommend coating every 3 years. I plan to use them again.

After the date was scheduled they called to ask to move it up one day. I switched some things around so I could accommodate them. They said they would show up at 10:00 but did come until noon. However, they did a very good job and I am very satisfied.

Used this company in 2004 and 2006, they were on time, reasonably priced and performed the services to my complete satisfaction.
