John was very friendly and courteous. He has a really good understanding about older homes and problems they present. He discussed our concerns giving us his professional advice based on our needs. After a visual check throughout the house, all options were explained. We made an informed decision based on his observations. We received the results within the week. John also explained steps that we could further take in the future to eliminate any problems with mold and sustain good air quality.

The project was executed very professionally. The customer service was excellent; their subject matter experts were patient in explaining everything i didnt understand and they were very clear on actions i needed to take for my family's health, as well as recommended actions to protect the financial investment in my home without trying to oversell me unneeded work. They were on time and communicative regarding every aspect of the job and the completed product was more than even I expected! They are definitely perfectionists in the waterproofing business. I would recommend this company to anyone needing waterproofing or mold remediation work done in their home especially, or even in their business. Oh, and did i mention a lifetime transferable warranty? I dont think anyone else i researched had that kind of guarantee on their work.

Everything went exactly as they promised. James walked me through everything before a contract was even signed, and the entire project happened exactly as he said. The crews were respectful and on time. The work was very clean. They answered every one of my questions (and there were a lot). My mold issue is gone, my basement is dry and I've never been happier about a repair in my home. Very well done!!
