The company did a good job on the craftsmanship, however as with any major renovation there are things that need to be fixed after the project is complete. The owner is completely unresponsive to these requests. They will not return, calls, emails, texts, or answer calls pertaining to service. Even though they made it abundantly clear that they would make any necessary adjustments or repairs after the jobs was complete, it has turned out not to be the case unfortunately. The only other complaint was that they came in over $20,000 in excess of quotation which was a complete surprise to me.
