HORRIBLE company with poor customer service. I hired this company to assist me with roofing and siding repair approved by my insurance company. I was initially scheduled for July. The date kept moving. Now it is November and the company is stalling, stating that they need more things approved by my insurance company before they will start the project. When I contacted the company to show my frustration, they just send me long emails about how the fault is with me and USAA. I requested to have the funds returned so I can proceed with another company and they have REFUSED. No one has called to see how we can make this situation better, just pointing blame with me through long emails. But they have threatened to sue me if I continue to share my honest experience with Saint Restoration and their incompetent staff. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. This will probably end in a long legal battle. But I am determined that no home owner should ever have to go through this.

Saint Restoration Services, LLC was referred to me by a friend of mine, and I am so glad they were. This company is excellent! From the first phone call and visit, to the subsequent follow ups, all communication has been top tier, whether by phone, email or text. Very kind, courteous and professional people, from the roofers, to the builders, to the painters. The process flowed smoothly and was very efficient. What was quickly becoming a very stressful situation with another company was resolved with ease and a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
