They initially used a scare tactic to get us to sign up. They told us that there was a problem with brown recluse spiders in our area. We were new the area and didn't know any better.

I would use them again.

The price is reasonable. They are very professional and very polite. Their service has been effective.

I feel bad vibe from them. I always thought that the inspection was for termites and that's what was in my contract. But then, when I went to get my house refinanced, they told the insurance company that the inspection was not for wood boring insects. It made me wonder what I was paying for. It's just bad vibes from them. The person who came for inspection was just rushing through. That's probably because they came from long distance and didn't have anybody in office close to where I lived. I think they just wanted to get in, get on, and get back. The last guy who came seemed to take his time and did a good job. The other company guarantees things better than them so I need to talk to them. I didn't like the guy who rushed around. I'm not sure of using their service. I will look for another provider.

The service technician said that he would contact his supervisor about having someone come out for a re-treatment of the area. No one called back to schedule the appointment. I called several times only to have no one return the call. Finally called the initial tech back to get him involved, and got a date. Service date arrived and no show by technician. Called company back the following Monday, and rescheduled again; had to wait another two weeks for an appointment. Day arrives and no one shows up during service window. Called them back and they did not even show that I had an appointment for that day. Total Incompetence. A manager finally got involved and routed a tech who was already in the area over to do the job. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once they have your money, they don't seem to care. Note: Since we've had this contract since the initial problem, we are hesitant to call anyone else because if there is any structural damage in the future, Orkin must repair it according to our initial contract. This is the ONLY reason why I indicated a "yes" in response to the question "would you use this company again?"

Everything was fine. The technician and the estimator were professional and efficient.

The service has been unreliable in scheduling appointments. It has been marked by a unilateral approach and a lack of communication and poor customer service. Also, service with one exceptional treatment was perfunctory.

They had come to the house right away to inspect for termites. The salesman showed me the different plans that were offered. I paid for the 3 year agreement and he set an appointment for a rep to come out and insert the stakes. He said a supervisor would come out after the stakes had been inserted to make sure they were in the right places. The supervisor never showed up. I am not sure where or how many stakes were inserted. I have not seen anyone from the company since I signed the agreement. I can not grade the quality of work since I do not know the quality of work. I would hope that I would not have to hire them again if the termite problem is taken care of.

EDWARD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ARRIVED ON TIME AS AGREED. GAVE TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS CONCERNING PEST CONTROL. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
