+ 0 moreThey were very responsive, on time and delivered what they promised. The quality was very good. They were a referral from a friend down the street that was using them. That is how I got hold of them. They were fine and I will use them again. I thought the price was good, because I paid more than that to get work done by other guys.
Description of Work: I used L&K Home Improvement. Louis Rodriguez is the contact person. They did exterior painting on my townhouse and also power washed my driveway and the brick steps in front of my house.

+ -1 moreLuis met with me several times to discuss colors and look at samples. When we finally decided what we were going to do - he provided a written quote and a time frame for the work to be completed. House was empty so he and his workers were able to go in any time of day to complete work. They were very professional, friendly and very clean. Work was completed on time and looks great! These guys did a great job!!
Description of Work: Painted 4 level townhouse - the whole interior of house top to bottom to include walls, ceilings, closets, trim - everything. Installed hardwood floors on full 2nd level and stairs. Power washed and stained deck. Painted and sealed basement floor. Hung curtain rods.

+ -1 moreIt was a very good experience beginning with the appointment to provide an estimate. Mr. Rodriguez was very nice to work with from the beginning. He provided a written estimate, and when we accepted, offered us a choice of dates. His crew arrived promptly, and spent about a week on our job. There were a couple of days of rain, but they made up the time on the weekend. They cleaned up each day, and worked with us to get the right color of stain for our deck. We are very pleased with the results, and would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Power washed and stained the deck; painted the exterior trim of the house, including carport, shutters, doors, gutters, eaves, gables, but excluding windows. They also replaced a section of rotting wood on one side of the house.
