failed to call ahead to make appointment. they were repeatedly asked to do this. also new person each time and didn't know what we needed.

I've been using them for 35 years, they've been bought out, bought out, and they change names. They come out once a year. I have an annual contract with them. They send me another notice, come out, and inspect my home, again. I haven't had any problems with them, and I don't have any termites. They go in the side and all over my basement where the wood's at. By, me being retired, they wait till I pay them, they hold up, and do it. They're on time, and come when they say they are coming. I only pay $70+ a year, with another company it would be over $100.
