He always finishes on or ahead of schedule. More importantly it's quality work. I've never had to call him back to redo a job or go over his work. He is a professional and takes pride in his work. Another thing I that I appreciate is that he thinks ahead. When we he was putting up drywall (after getting a new HVAC and sheet metal ducts) I wanted him to just put everything "back the way it was", but he suggested that we extend the wall where there was just a crawl space to add a mini closet for more storage. I appreciated that as storage is in issue in my house. He will also point out other issues that he sees and will tell you how much it should cost should you choose to get someone else to do the job
