Mr. Flores was very responsive.  He knew this was a high-priority repair for me and fit me in, working a very long day and even finishing on a Saturday.  He revised his approach  when unexpected problems were encountered when the old concrete was jackhammered out.  I'm very impressed with his knowledge and obvious experience with dealing with such projects.  I highly recommend him.  Note: If he doesn't respond quickly, call/text him until you make contact: 703-582-8796 (cell).

Job well done

Herman and his crew did a great job of giving us exactly what we asked for. They showed up on time and worked for 6 days straight to complete the construction. This included laying a cement foundation and then completing a stone facade. We would definitely use G Flores for future work. Thanks Herman.

They arrived on time, with the proper equipment and men, broke the steps down instead of just patching cracks (Herman said those types of repairs don't last), set the forms, poured the concrete and smoothed it professionally. He also parged the edge of the old concrete platform. They stayed for a while longer, seemingly waiting for the concrete to set up without being ruined by a passerby. Herman also advised me of grander possibilities, including a concrete based surfacing that would bring all the patched concrete together under one color and make all the concrete look new. Something to consider later on.

Super. They started on the exact date. Tore out our old asphalt drive, widened it, poured a new driveway, porch and retaining wall. They did excellent work. Only took them 4 days to do all this work; The masonry is spectacular. Once they washed the drive way, the exposed stone aggregate is beautiful. Would I use them again. YESSS!!!! In fact I am going to call them about another set of walls around my patio. They're great!!

They do all kinds of concrete work. They are very professional. They arrived at six in the morning and left at four in the afternoon, and all the work was done. I had gotten estimates from various other people, and their price was the main stand-out. They were close to $3200 cheaper than the other providers that I had gotten bids from. Their customer service and professionalism were very good. There sometimes is a language problem because they are a little bit more fluent in Spanish than English. However, I was able to give them a Spanish version of the contract they gave me so that we could be on the same page. They seemed to appreciate that, and they got the work done. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
